Refunds: You can request a refund if you have not yet started the course yet. We do not offer refunds once you start the course. We take your learning seriously and will help you through the course if you need additional help. You’ll be able to take the course at your own pace and will be able to access it any time after taking the course so you can go back and review what you learned.
Support: Your course purchase comes with email support. Please contact us any time you have questions about the course, getting access to the course or your account or with your boat cleaning and detailing questions and we will respond as soon as we can to answer your questions.
Restricted Access: Our courses are meant to be viewed and used only by the person purchasing the course. If we see that someone is abusing our policy, we have the right to restrict access to a course or remove access completely without refund. This includes if a student copies or shares course material outside of the course platform, shares course material with others who have not paid for a course or shares course material without getting permission first. If your account is restricted or removed for any reason, you will not receive a refund if you already started going through the course.
Privacy Policy: We will not share your information with anyone and will not use your email address for any other purpose than to contact you about the course.
